Pleasure Styles Mattress Susan H.07/31/2015 We had an issue with an Englander mattress that we purchased in Michigan for a summer Michigan residence. We purchased it "sight unseen," and received a defective product. It was suggested by the company that I find a store near where I live here in Ohio and check out the bed. Lou, the owner, was "OVER-THE-TOP" helpful in assisting us with resolving our issue. He actually went to the trouble of ordering (at his expense) the expensive mattress for us to try before we locked in on a purchase of a mattress for which he would receive absolutely no compensation. Lou and I spoke with the owner of the Englander company and completely resolved the problem. I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you consider purchasing your next bedding products from this MOST CARING and HONEST dealership
